Betel Leave, Vethalai, Daun Sirih Benefit and for Flu, sore throat, Strengthen immune

In this plate consist of Betel leave, black pepper, cardamon, clove and later part we pour 1 table spoon of honey and munch it to secrete the juice from it.

But of course when you consume this make sure that you don't have any allergies to these ingredient. 


Interesting fact i take this ingredient for eliminating sore throat, flu, indigestion, weight loss and of course cough as well.



The best of the remedy and ingredient, each has its own characteristics. 

Betel meant to aid digestion and strengthen immune system
Black pepper known know it kills bacteria and virus 
Honey is meant for reducing inflation in case sore throat this would be helpful
cardamon good for digestion, flu, cough etc.
Clove good for sore throat, cough and flu..

Sore Throat Remedy

 Add two tablespoons of honey to a cup of warm tea or water and thoroughly stir. Drink as often as you need to. It is essential to note that infants under the age of one should not be given honey.

Sore Throat with Covid

 A common symptom of many viral infections, including COVID-19, is a sore throat. A COVID sore throat can be extremely painful, but there are a few home remedies that can alleviate the discomfort.

If the sore throat is caused by a virus, most of the time there is no need for specific medical treatment. Within five to seven days, the throat usually improves on its own. Viral pharyngitis cannot be cured with antibiotics. An antibiotic may be prescribed by your physician for acute bacterial pharyngitis.

A COVID-19 test should be taken if: You are experiencing new symptoms like fatigue, a headache, body/muscle aches, fever, a sore throat, or congestion. Due to your age, other medical conditions, or weakened immune system, you exhibit symptoms and are highly susceptible to severe illness.

BETADINE throat spray

Common Cold and Remedies

 During colds and flu, holy basil (Tulsi) leaves mixed with an equal amount of dried ginger powder make a great alternative to tea. This can be taken three times a day by mixing sugar and milk.

One tea spoonful each of holy basil (Tulsi) and ginger (Adrak) juice mixed with a 5 ml tea spoon. honey, to be consumed twice to three times daily.

Half a teaspoon (2.5 milliliters) of black pepper powder from Munich mixed with guda (jaggery) twice daily.

Two small pieces of Adraka (ginger) fried in ghee should be consumed daily.

Twice daily, add one teaspoon of turmeric powder or paste to one cup of milk or fried turmeric powder to one to two grams of ghee and mix it with hot milk. This aids in early recovery and provides immediate relief.

To alleviate a sore throat, gargle with warm turmeric powder two to three times per day.

Take a glass of hot water, two lemon juices, and sugar to your liking in it. Take the same amount before bed to alleviate nasal catarrh.

Ayurvedic Medicine for Cold and Cough

 Its always known that Ginger has potential capabilities in solving cough and cold issues i many countries.  Some people have diversified it by drinking it with tea, or honey in a hot cup.

There are other methods such as boiling fresh ginger in and then mixing it with honey and tumeric.
