Radiator heat up, water coolant sensor = SOLVED!!!

 

When you have radiator heat up during summer or hot day and not at night while there's no radiator leaks or water in the radiator tank evaporated. Well its possibly due to the mechanics parts have failed. 

It's very rare for radiator thermostat to fail, host leak, radiator fan not working or even water to evapoate. All these are mostly due to 

the signal that triggers radiator fan to work when needed which is controlled by the "WATER COOLANT SENSOR"

This device cost a fraction of the cost of what normally cost you to fix the entire radiator and YET you will never get the problem solved. 

When you have the slightest signal for the first few times but there's no radiator leaks and fan works sometimes and not.. then its good to invest small amount of money to replace the "water coolant sensor" and observe for couple of weeks before determining other issues with engine get's heated up.

This probably not the 80% fix but could play a very important role that no foreman would want to tell you.

Biasanya radiotor tak bocor, takde leaking, air masih ada tapi masa bawa kereta time waktu panas engine terus mati... 

Kalau nak tahu biasa bila tempeature naik .. foreman pasti suruh tukar macam - macam barang yang tak kena mengena. harga pulak beratus ringgit. masak ooi...

Saya kena hal radiotor panas dengan kereta persona tahun 2010 H line model.. sebenarnya semua kawan-2 saya tak kira model persona apa pun kena issue benda ini...

Biasa radiotor bocor... tapi kita tak pernah nak tahu kenapa puncanya... 

Bila air dah haus dalam radiotor bermaksud.. fungi water colant sensor dah tak berfungsi dah... 

Water coolant sensor adalah seperti dalam gambar di atas.. harga parts rm40... tapi siap pasang dengan part sekali rm95.

Jadi bila ada isu radioator haus atau air berkurangan ... temperature naik... kalau boleh tukar water coolant sensor... pantau 1-2 minggu... lepas tu baru cuba benda lain..

ECU menerima data daripada sensor suhu, yang mengukur suhu penyejuk. Unit kawalan dapat mengenal pasti enjin terlalu panas atau kenaikan suhu yang luar biasa berkat sensor suhu air. Ia biasanya dipasang di dalam atau di sebelah termostat, bergantung pada pengilang.
