What is the composition of Mysore?
Besan, ghee, and sugar are the only three main ingredients. This delicious, melt-in-your-mouth sweet gets its name from the fact that it was created in the kitchens of the Mysore palace.
Ingredients
2 pound of sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 pound of gramme flour (besan)
2 tblsp ghee
1 cup of water
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and roast the gramme flour.

Pour into a greased plate after stirring. Allow the mixture to cool before spreading it out. Slice it into desired shapes before it hardens completely.
