Do you the fastest atleast to my knowledge about the fastest food that i can prepare for a quick meal under 2-minutes is the famous Maggie Noodles
Steps
1. Strip the packet open and place the noodle onto a bowl
2. Add the soup ingredient in provided and add boiling water and close the lid for 2-minutes
3. That's all - and yes now either Lunch or Dinner is served and it's really full-filling.
Try out yourself - I'm based in Malaysia therefore these Noodles originated from Malaysia and have growned in many part of the world.
