Wake up and Work out


Morning workout always known to build your muscle faster. Basically your vital testosterone hormone early in the morning activates muscle building up to the next level. 

You would see  maybe would just try doing the following:-

2 x Sun Salution ( 2 mins)
2 x 10 pushups
2  x 10 stomach crunch
2 x 20 stomach cycle ( optional) 

Do this for 30 days only you will notice that your shoulder gets filled  up kind off and stiff, chest so fulfilling, body feels very flexible and overall arm and muscle are build tough in a way.

This is in a comparison of 30 days Gym workout normally people do in the evening after office hours and normally spends 1-2 hours on average. 

If you compare the first and the later method , the first method less time less workout gives more better results compared to 30 days to gym spending 1-2 hours.

Perhaps scientifically proven that testosterone are the key essense when working out in the morning by it's secretion hormon fuction in an overwhelming fashion.

Unlikely hitting the gym potentially requires time to recover our muscle and that takes time.

What I'm trying to say instead of streneous way of working out to achieve the goal, you might as well keep it stupid and simple. 

Nevertheles if you want to be a hardcore muscle builder then gym is the results.
