Morning when i wake up, i decided to make me breakfast myself, my mother was cooking chicken curry, while the bread stock at home finished and i did not stcok it up.
Simple breakfast does not have to be complicated
Then i decided to utilize the curry and make a flat bread similar to tortilla, but tortilla is the harder version the one i made was too simple.
End result looks like this...
Mindfully was delicious....
Chichen curry can go with anything, bread, rice, chapati, roti canai, thosai, idly + many many more.

Well here how i did it... ( ingredients and steps)
- I took enough scoop of plain flour into a bowl, mixed with water , little bit of salt and sugar to your taste,
- Mix it well and it must be watery and not thick at the end result.
- Put on the flat surface hot plate.
- Pour the mixture in a big scoope and add little butter to your taste, and since i use non stick pan oil was not required but for taste i just added the butter..
- With medium flame 2 minutes on each side, then its done.
