Method for making jelly dessert at home
2 cups (500ml) apple juice and the raspberries in a medium saucepan Bring the water to a boil. Remove the pan from the heat and whisk in the gelatine until it dissolves.
Using a strainer, drain the juice to remove the raspberry seeds, then pour the strained juice into moulds or a bowl. To set, refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight.
