Do you know that you can have delicious almost health breakfast as simple under 1-2 minutes.
The Ingredient and how to do as follows:-
1) Take a small bowl or your prefered serving size add 2 o 3 tablespoon Instant Quaker Oats
2) Pour hot water make sure when you stir if comes like porridge
3) Once done - its up to you to add anything that you want. I prefer small cup of fresh milk and maybe i add dates or raisins otherwise just pure oats will do.
Some people like to add honey as it gives extra boost for your morning routine.
Well there you go for your breakfast.
