I went to Melaka during Chinese New Year 2023 and stayed in Hatten Hotel, in the evening decided to look for food.. all the Chinese Restaurant was closed i looked around and found this Atlantic Nyonya Restaurant, by the price and dishes was soo attractive.. I would recommend anyone to try it out...
This was opposite starbucks and by the looks at the signboard, you would roughly figure it out the location.

Vegetable dishes simply amazing
Fried siakap with sambal paste Nyonya style
Ikan bilis and Bendi and few other condiments..
Ayam Kunyit fried
Plain rice...
Pineapple friend rice.. serving was small good only for one person only... but was enjoyable..
Fried egg with some addtional dishes. but there are variety.
This was something call sotong and udang paste sambal .. a very light version ..
Total bill came about RM281 which was very worth it... i think i still remember the fist siakap was around RM81 and around 800grams.
