Kerala Dosa with Omlette


Do you if you ever visit Kerala in India - you should never miss trying their Dosa variety. I personally like to try their plain Dosa with omlette as side dish finishing with some coconut chutney.


But I decided to take the recipe back home and tried to do the same at home and it was successful. As for dosa its not difficult to make in Chennai and same goes to omlette, but the idea of not having omlette in dosa but as a side dish makes the huge difference. 


The key for dosa in kerala are because of the chutney as Kerala rich with coconut and chutney over made over there is one of its own kind and the taste is totally diffierent. The authencity of Chutney is key for this plain dosa.
